I am deeply honoured to be entrusted with the responsibility of State Police Chief of Kerala, the God’s Own Country. I am extremely proud of the fact that Kerala Police is one of the most humane forces in the country. That success is due to the outstanding efforts of the policemen and the participation of the community, at large, in policing.

Having faced many challenges in the recent past, I am optimistic that the Kerala Police will continue to meet the new emerging challenges with unity and purpose. The utmost focus would be on citizen friendly and citizen centric policing. We stand committed in ensuring the safety and security of women, children and weaker sections of the society. Reduction of road accidents would be one of the top most priorities in addition to crime control, internal security and cyber security. The welfare of policemen would not loose my focus so as to keep the force motivated towards better service delivery.

I am a firm believer that without public support no police force in the country can be effective. I seek your cooperation in making a difference in policing to attain an effective, efficient, transparent and people friendly police force dedicated to the service of the community and the Nation.
